On 21 Oct, was tearing in the beginning when I did gfym. Think I felt kind of stifled and upset over some issues in the beginning of the week. However felt much more calm after that. During my healing sessions, i will walk around the house a fair bit as well and was hitting on the gy poster, walls, table and poster around the house. Did some DG as well in my living room.
